Refund and Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods — for orders delivered in several parts, on the day the last item is received.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returning the goods

Return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please, if possible, return bikes in the original bike box or equivalent protective packaging — this is a request to avoid transport damage, not a condition of your right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error — in that case we cover the return and arrange collection.

Refunds

We reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; no fees are charged. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all goods (two years for new goods under German law). If an item is defective, contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
