We ship with flat, transparent rates — the rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.
Delivery rates
- Order value up to €99.99 — €30
- €100.00 to €199.99 — €25
- €200.00 to €999.99 — €10
- €1,000.00 and above — FREE delivery
All prices are final prices; shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you place your order.
Dispatch and delivery times
Parts, components and clothing: dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery in 2–5 business days (Germany) and 3–7 business days (rest of the EU).
Bikes: professionally packed in a bike box, dispatched within 2–4 business days; delivery in 5–10 business days. Bikes arrive 95% assembled — you only fit the handlebar, front wheel and pedals. Tools and instructions are included. Final assembly should be checked by a qualified bicycle mechanic before first use.
E-bikes and batteries
E-bikes and spare batteries contain lithium-ion cells (UN3480 / UN3481) and are classified as dangerous goods. They are shipped by road within the European Union only and cannot be sent by air or outside the EU.
Delivery restrictions
Some bulky items and all e-bikes are available within the EU only. If we cannot deliver to your address we will contact you and refund your payment in full.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or missing shipments
If a parcel arrives damaged, please note it with the carrier where possible, keep the packaging and let us know as soon as you can — ideally within 7 days — so we can claim against the carrier. This is a request to help us resolve it quickly; your statutory warranty rights (two years) remain unaffected.
