These terms govern purchases made through this online store, operated by canyonoutlet, Promenade 555, 46047 Oberhausen, Germany.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and business customers through this store. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.

2. Formation of contract

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will inform you promptly and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro (EUR) and are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Stated times are estimates and are not binding delivery dates unless expressly agreed.

5. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

8. Product use

Bicycles must be finally assembled and checked as described in the supplied instructions before first use. If you are unsure, have the bike checked by a qualified bicycle mechanic.

9. Trademarks and independence

CANYON is a registered trademark of Canyon Bicycles GmbH.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
